Solo Inspection Required: Solo inspections not allowed

Solo Inspection Details: Accompany and oversee inspection with the apprentice the interior and exterior of each piece of property appraised.

Requirements to be a Supervisor: 3 years certified and complete 4-hour supervisor course and complete application HERE.

Requirements to get Trainee Hours: 150 hours of appraisal coursework including 15-hour USPAP, 3 hour WV law, 4-hour Trainee course and complete application HERE.
