Solo Inspection Required: 600 Hours

 

License Type: Apprentice Appraiser

 

Solo Inspection Details: Supervisor must personally accompany each apprentice on appraisal assignments until the apprentice documents 75 experience points.

 

Requirements to be a Supervisor: 3 years certified

 

Requirements to get Trainee Hours: High school diploma, 75 hours of appraisal coursework including 15-hour USPAP plus additional trainee class and complete application HERE.
