Solo Inspection Details: Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 1301:11-3-04 Certification/Licensing of Appraisers Experience Requirement (J) (3) – Personally inspecting each appraised property with the registrant or applicant until the supervisory appraiser determines the registrant or applicant is competent to inspect the property in accordance with the competency rule of uniform standards of professional appraisal practice.
