Solo Inspection Required: 50 Assignments 

 

License Type: Trainee Real Property Appraiser

 

Solo Inspection Details: The supervisor must accompany on first 50, at a minimum, until the trainee is competent. If the trainee has more than one sup., the determination of competency must be made by the trainee’s most recent supervising appraiser based on at least 25 appraisals. If the trainee has concurrent sups, then one supervising appraiser must make a determination of competency-based on at least 25 appraisals (of the 50-appraisal minimum).

 

Requirements to be a Supervisor: 3 years certified appraising experience and complete Supervisor course.

 

Requirements to get Trainee Hours: 15-hour USPAP, 60 hours of appraisal coursework, Trainee class, apply online HERE.
