Solo Inspection Details: The supervisor must inspect the subject and comps for the first 50 assignments; After 50, the associate can inspect within 50 miles.

Requirements to be a Supervisor: 3 years certified appraising experience and complete affidavit within Trainee’s Application. The supervisor must accompany for first 12 months when an assignment is more than 50 miles.

Requirements to get Trainee Hours: 90 hours of appraisal coursework including 15-hour USPAP, 3-hour Trainee class, and complete application found HERE.
