Solo Inspection Required: 250 Hours
License Type: Appraiser Trainee
Solo Inspection Details: After the trainee has obtained 250 hours of residential appraising or 1000 hours of non-residential appraising, the supervisor and trainee may jointly apply to the Council for an exemption that would allow the supervisor to sign the report without inspecting the property.
Requirements to be a Supervisor: 3 years of certified experience, supervisor course, and complete application found HERE.
Requirements to get Trainee Hours: 15-hour USPAP, 60 hours appraisal education, Trainee class, state law class, and complete application found HERE.
