RSDS Appraisal Diversity is thrilled to announce that it has received official approval from the Missouri Real Estate Appraisal Commission for its innovative RSDS Practicum Program. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to provide aspiring appraisers with a vital pathway into the appraisal industry, addressing the urgent need for diversity and inclusion within the profession.

The RSDS Practicum Program offers trainees hands-on experience and mentorship, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as licensed appraisers. By fostering a diverse pipeline of talent, RSDS aims to enhance the appraisal industry and ensure that it reflects the communities it serves.
