Solo Inspection Required: 25 Assignments/500 hours

Solo Inspection Details: A supervising appraiser shall provide direct supervision, being personally and physically present, during the first 500 hours of experience for no fewer than 25 assignments.

Requirements to be a Supervisor: Certified appraiser, Supervisor course and application HERE.

Requirements to get Trainee Hours: 15-hour USPAP, 60 hours of appraisal coursework, 3-hour trainee class and complete application HERE.
